RECREATIONAL REGISTRATION FEE: $50

SELECT REGISTRATION FEE: $100 for U11 Girls & U14 Co-ed, $115 for U19 Boys

There is a $10 Family Discount for the second and each additional player with the same parent living in the same household. THE REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Uniform Kit Fee: $50 (U8 - U15 players)

Returning players may use a previously purchased uniform kit. Returning players who need just a replacement piece should contact Andy.

U6 players: You will receive a t-shirt as part of your registration fee.

NON-VOLUNTEER FEE: Our Club runs on volunteers, so we rely on our members to keep us going and to keep our registration fees low. We need all of our families to make this a successful season. If you can't volunteer, we understand. However, there will be a $10 non-volunteer fee.

COACHES AND ASSISTANT COACHES: The registration fee for one of your children will be waived if you coach the entire season!

Registration is easy and quick!

1.CREATE YOUR NEW MEMBER ACCOUNT
After clicking the appropriate Register Now button below, you'll be asked to create a member account if you don't already have one. Simply click the Create a new Stack Sports Account tab when asked to log in to the registration system.

2.COMPLETE PARENT INFORMATION
After you create your new member account, you'll need to fill out the parent/guardian form with your family information.

3.COMPLETE PLAYER REGISTRATION
Choose the age group for your player, then fill out the player information. After you fill out the player form and click Next, you'll be asked if you want to add more players or to finish registration and pay.

4.CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU'RE DONE!
After you've filled in your parent and player information, you'll see your total fees and can choose to pay by debit or credit card online or by mail in check.

Note: No credit card information is EVER stored on our computers and all information is encrypted for your security.

If you choose to pay by check, please include a copy of your registration confirmation so we apply your payment to the correct account! REMEMBER: REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED!

Players

Please be prepared to complete the registration with a picture of your player(s) and a government issued proof of age document (birth certificate and passport are your best options). These must be uploaded to play in the tournaments.

Coaches

All coaches and assistant coaches working with the youth players must complete this required registration and disclosure in order to have the background check ran. You will need your social security number, driver's license number, picture of yourself to upload, and the copy of your Concussion Awareness and Education certificate. Please see the bottom of this page for a link to that required concussion training.

Iowa Soccer's policy includes mandatory coach education and testing, and a return to play protocol that involves coaches, clubs, referees, parents, medical personnel and Iowa Soccer. The policy details the expectations of everyone involved, the requirements to be in compliance and the processes to implement the policy.
